The project will be edited and completed within 8 weeks of the shoot – both parties will cooperate to achieve this. Editing time is limited to the agreed time for editing and for changes. Extra charges apply for changes beyond the agreed limit. The edited version will be uploaded to Dropbox. Client will be able to download the files to their own computers.

Paramount Video 100% Guarantees that your video will be completed as per quote, on time, by experts using excellent equipment. Please confirm your booking with the agreed deposit of 50% and balance on completion.

The Producer:
1. On approval of edited version, the videos will be uploaded.
2. Will provide services to the best of the Producer’s ability and will ensure a high technical and professional standard.
3. Will use Royalty Free music and will comply with reasonable directions and requests from the Client. Will charge more money if allotted Post Production time is exceeded due to extensive changes to edit.
4. Will keep to the budget as quoted unless additional requests are made.
5. Will strive to achieve a successful outcome for the client and will offer professional advice to the best of the Producer’s ability.

The Client:
1. Will provide a clear brief and keep to the amount of edit changes allowed in the budget.
2. Will pay as described here and in quote.
3. Will be available to the Producer for consultation during the editing when reasonably requested to attend or discuss by phone. May provide a hard drive for all footage.
4. The Client, not the Producer, will finally select all performers and take care of all legal matters pertaining to rights and copyright.
