Terms and Conditions
25% deposit is required upon booking, which is non-refundable. This deposit serves as a 100% guarantee that the service will be provided. The remaining balance must be settled four weeks prior to the event. Please ensure that the program is emailed two days before the event, with tap numbers clearly marked to ensure accurate inclusion in the final edit. Additionally, a balanced sound feed, preferably including the tap, should be supplied to one of the cameras via XLR. Kindly reserve adequate space either at the back of the venue or in the AV Control room for two tripods and two cameramen. Our standard edit includes four videos, any additional videos will require negotiation for an extra edit fee.
